Something needs to give. I am giving myself 99 days to implement major change in my life. I am miserable in a job that fights against my nature and my natural talents. In 99 working days I will have been with this company for a year, and I will be able to switch to a different department, a different job description. I am writing this blog to keep a rein on my sanity during that time.
