Something needs to give. I am giving myself 99 days to implement major change in my life. I am miserable in a job that fights against my nature and my natural talents. In 99 working days I will have been with this company for a year, and I will be able to switch to a different department, a different job description. I am writing this blog to keep a rein on my sanity during that time.
I sometimes wonder if I can make it. I am on the edge today. I am so sick of people. Tomorrow I have a 1x1 meeting with my manager. I think I might tell him that I want out, that I want to move to a new position.
I am worried about losing so much face that I will not have a future at this company. If it wasn't for that, I would do it in a second.
